Download and Print
Download the appropriate form from the list above. Print the form on white A4 paper. Do not print double-sided.
Complete the Form
Fill out all sections completely using blue or black ink. Write clearly in block letters. Do not leave any mandatory fields blank.
Gather Required Documents
Collect all required supporting documents listed for your specific form. Make copies as needed. Ensure all documents are valid and not expired.
Submit in Person or Via Courier
Visit the embassy during office hours (Sun-Thu, 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM) or send documents via registered courier with return address.
Pay Applicable Fees
Pay required fees at the cashier. Cash and credit cards accepted. Keep your payment receipt as proof of transaction.
